Application Instructions

Mineral Spa Clay Epso+ is most commonly applied to the legs, but can also be used on the entire body if necessary. Apply a 1–2 cm thick layer to the affected area. On the legs, the clay can be used with or without bandaging. When using bandages, padding and an insulating paper layer (e.g. baking paper) are recommended to prolong the effect and slow down drying. For a more intensive cooling effect, the product can be cooled before application if possible. Mineral Spa Clay Epso+ is suitable for all skin types and can also be used on smaller, closed, non-bleeding wounds. When applied with bandages, the poultice can be left on for 10–14 hours; without bandages, it can usually be removed after 4–6 hours. The product can be removed with running water, or if water is not available, it can be removed dry using a brush or rubber scraper, gently and along the hair direction.
