This juice contains many vitamins (i.e. A, B1, B2, and C) and minerals (i.e. calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, folic acid, and phosphorus). The positive effect of beetroot juice is attributed to the high quantities of nitrate. Nitrate ensures the oxygen consumption during exercise will be kept to a minimum allowing for longer performance. R-M Protect contains pure glycerol which is a huge energy booster and makes the supplement more palatable. R-M Protect contains two well-known amino acids: beta-alanine and carnitine.
